Don’t listen to all the reviews! After reading the reviews I was skeptical at first but I went in to tour anyways. Cherry was really nice and answered every question I had. If she didn’t know she asked Jeremy and he just knew it all. I also met Crystal who informed me that they had just taken over and they were n the process of fixing all the issues mentioned in the other reviews. I’m not looking to move in soon more so like mid January or February and they really made me comfortable and confident in applying in the future.

Cherry and Jeremy always assist me when I come into the office. I bring my needs to them and they find away to solve them that works myself and for the office. I feel comfortable with them and being honest. Overall Broadstone is great place to live.
