I've been here at Summer Hills for almost 5 years. We are a family of 4. The Sales Manager & Service Staff have done a good job since day one. Thank you.

Been living here over a year now and I like it here and think it's a good place to live for students/families. This is one of the few places that allow pets which is a bonus! Pool and hot tub are nice and management is responsible and helpful. The problems I have had have been quickly resolved. Convenient location to stores ect. 20 min commute to ARC and about 40 mins on average to CSUS. Five stars
