10/10 Would recommend. Beautiful scenery, Big spacious pool & the office staff is amazing. All my problems get taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance crew are great at what they do! Especially Mr Izack! Very respectful & knowledgeable. Thank you for all you do!!

South Bay is such a great place to live! The staff in the front office are so helpful and nice. The maintenance team takes great care of the community. The amenities are always well kept and working. Loved my stay here.
