My experience at South Bay has been extremely positive. To start, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are quick to answer any leasing questions, responsive to feedback, and incorporate many fun activities for residents, such as concerts by the pool, decorating contests, weekend brunches, barks and brews, and much more! The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues that may arise and are very respectful of your apartment space. South Bay also has a great gym and pool! They are both clean, have plenty of room, and are loved by many residents. The gym has all the equipment you could need in a workout! The area is safe, with key fobs required to enter certain spaces, and gates at both entrances. Plenty of parking for all residents, as well as enough spaces when guests visit. I would highly recommend South Bay to anyone looking for an apartment!

Such a beautiful place to live! Perfect location, very clean apartments! Pool is huge, bbq pit is also a great accommodation. Parking is easy, can get a garage as well. Staff is also very respondent for all of your needs! Would recommend this place 100 times!

It should say a lot that I specifically asked my husband to move back into these apartments. I lived in them a few years ago and loved the experience. I was hoping to have the same kind of experience, but it’s been even better than the first time! The office staff is amazing, the maintenance guys are great at their jobs and are friendly, and the grounds are well kept. I couldn’t ask for more!
