I recently moved in to Freshwater apartments. The whole process starting from when I initially applied has been great. Sandra is amazing in the office and such a genuine spirit. Kantrell is always quick to respond to any maintenance issues and gets them handled quickly! The building is in a great location close to everything. I’d also like to say that the walls are NOT THIN at all. I never hear my neighbors and when my windows are closed, I literally hear no outside noise. Very well structured! I am happy to be a resident at Freshwater.

The management team is incredibly helpful and friendly. Sandra does a wonderful job with checking in and keeping everyone updated. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally by Kantrell. The apartment is clean and has new appliances, including washer and dryer. Overall, living here has been a great experience!
