I have been a resident at this apartment complex for several years. One of the main reasons that I remain is the excellent and very pleasant help that I always receive from Carole, the apartment manager. She is very responsive when requests are made for service. She is knowledgeable about how maintenance issues should be resolved and coordinates that they are completed well. I really appreciate her and I'm sure she is one of the best apartment managers in L.A.

The fact that I lived there for five+ years says a lot. I fell in love with the place before I moved in. I used to pass by it on my way to work and loved how sunny it looked. When it came for me to move and I came across this listing it felt like it was meant to be. It’s a quiet street and the unit I had only had the neighbors at top. I had a conveniently located parking in one of the carports. Management was great. She was very attentive to my inquiries and a lovely person overall. I had an older unit but I made it home, and thoroughly enjoyed spending time there.
