I can honestly say one of the better renting and living experiences I've had in LA. The manager on site is extremely helpful and understanding. He tries to make everyone's experience a good one. Sadly I have to move because the rent is so expensive and unsustainable long term. I think the only thing I would improve on is the cleanliness and aesthetics of the outside of the building. They tried really hard to keep the foliage up to date and looking nice, but it ultimately isn't working. The inside was kept very clean and free from trash. A hired team cleaned every morning and hosed down the property. Also, it would be nice if the company covered water and trash. Tenants pay for everything individually. The location is premier and can't be beat. Highland Park is a thriving neighborhood and extremely popular. Friends consistently want to come here and visit so we don't have to go far at all. There's also ample parking. Neighbors are all friendly. If you can afford it it's a great place to live.

This apartment complex is very well run. It is kept clean regularly, it is decently priced and walking distance to tons of activities. Highland Park Station is across the street which makes it very easy to get to Downtown or Pasadena. The property manager, Mike, is AWESOME! He is kind, caring and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. He has quickly responded to any maintenance requests and we have had no issues getting things resolved. Thanks again Mike!
