This homeless man has been living in front of these apartments for as long as I've lived here. (1year and a half now) I've reported him several times to the police and the landlord and they won't do anything about it. If you're considering living here, definitely take this fact into consideration. I will thankfully not be renewing my lease this year. I pay 925/ month for a mediocre studio here and can barely come and go without being afraid that one of these days this crazy dude will do something to me. He's yelled at me on several occasions already, to say i feel unsafe living here is an understatement.
