Hands down, Parc3 Apartments is one of the best places to live in Bellevue! The location is unbeatable—convenient to everything while still being in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. What really sets Parc3 apart is the exceptional management team. Jason and Kayla have been amazing throughout my stay—they’re incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is also fantastic, and submitting requests is easy with quick turnaround times. If you’re looking for a great place to call home, look no further than Parc3 Apartments. Highly recommend!

Ive lived at Parc3 for almost a year now and I have had a great experience. Management here has always been responsive and I have never had any issues in my apartment. Parking is also great and the location is perfect. maintenance has also been quick when I need help. i’d recommend it to any if my friends or family
