I have been living at the Horizons for approximately five years. In that time, there have been several helpful staff members hired to represent the Horizons, but none of them shine the way Nicoleta Frost does. Nicole is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. It is easy to overlook people who do their job so well. I just wanted you to know that she is one of the reasons that I enjoy living at the Horizons in Franklin Lakes.

The maintenance team; Tom & Santos are prompt, friendly & clean! Thank you. Nicolette is courteous, polite & listens to issues with total understanding. I have been here a number of years and Morgan should be grateful for having a terrific Horizon’s Team!!! Again, thank you!!!
Visit was made one day after request was submitted. Tom was friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable. He resolved problem quickly.

I am so excited (and relieved) to have my parents settling in at Horizons. Diana was nothing but enthusiastic, knowledgeable and supportive. She went above and beyond in supporting my parents. Nicole was also a very positive influence and so incredibly sweet and helpful.
As nice as the building, rooms and amenities are at Horizons, it’s Diana, Nicole and the rest of the team who are the differentiators.
I am so very grateful.
Since moving to Horizons recently the maintenance staff has been wonderful. In particular I’d like to thank Tom for always greeting me by name and being extremely friendly. Being a dog owner as myself I have the pleasure of being able to walk my dog safely after dark. On many occasions I’ve seen Tom walking the grounds well after 10pm just to “check on things”.
It’s comforting knowing he cares enough to make the drive over after hours just to be sure all is well.
I recently moved to The Horizons in Franklin Lakes, NJ and I must say my husband and I are very happy here. My children also like the place and are glad we made the move. The lobby and hallways are always very clean. The carts in the lobby are helpful in bringing in groceries and anything else I have to bring in. Tom and his maintenance crew are friendly and very accommodating to any situation. Nicoletta the property manager is especially nice and very efficient in her job. Thank you for making my downsizing a little easier.
I would like to take this opportunity to bring attention to the outstanding job of the Property management and Property maintenance staffs here at Horizons. They are the paragons of professionalism and customer service, always friendly, approachable, and helpful. I would like to specifically point out the efforts of Yacoub and Nicole in the property management office and Tom and Santos in the maintenance department. They make living here a comforting pleasure.

Nicoleta in the office is very hands on with all the tenants. She is always approachable and friendly. She goes out of her way to assist those in need. Tom and Santos are always willing and able to help out wherever needed. They do a nice job when completing maintenance requests. They too go above and beyond the scope of their job responsibilities.
My wife and I have been very pleased by our experiences thus far since moving in in October 2021. The facilities and the other tenants here are wonderful.
