About Horizons at Franklin Lakes
We are an active adult community situated on 8 beautiful acres in Franklin Lakes, Bergen County, New Jersey. Our concierge is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our service technician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have a movie theater and present "Wednesday afternoon at the movies" every week. Our community room is open to all residents at all times.

I have been living at the Horizons for approximately five years. In that time, there have been several helpful staff members hired to represent the Horizons, but none of them shine the way Nicoleta Frost does. Nicole is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. It is easy to overlook people who do their job so well. I just wanted you to know that she is one of the reasons that I enjoy living at the Horizons in Franklin Lakes. Regards, Joan Johansen

The maintenance team; Tom & Santos are prompt, friendly & clean! Thank you. Nicolette is courteous, polite & listens to issues with total understanding. I have been here a number of years and Morgan should be grateful for having a terrific Horizon’s Team!!! Again, thank you!!!
