The touring process was great from start to finish! We first met with Alyssa back in July and she was just so involved in our search for an apartment, as well as also constantly following up and informing us of different options! We kept pushing back our desired move-in date, which made the process a lot longer (our fault). Otherwise, we would’ve been happy to fill an application right then and there! After a few months of back and forth, to officially deciding our move-in date, we wanted to go back to the Case once more to solidify our decision and we came across James! James was just as capable, knowledgeable and we highly recommend him! He reminded us again why we were so excited to potentially move there in the first place. A few days later, we officially applied! Alyssa made the application and approval process very easy, convenient and was very informative when it came to answering any questions we may have had. We appreciate you guys so much and we cannot wait to officially move in! 😁🏡✨

Living at the Case has been a great experience so far. The maintenance staff are great, Oliver has been especially helpful. The building is constantly being cleaned daily, which is great considering the amount of pets that live in the building. The gym is nice and new, which is a plus! There are a dozen restaurants/bars in a short walking distance, which was a nice surprise. The only issue I would say is that the front desk staff could be friendlier, however, Bianca was helpful in explaining the application process during my transition here.
