Rent is fair for the area, apartments are spacious and nice. You can tell the age of the units in some ways but the management is great about updates and maintenance. Any issues and you submit a maintenance request online - kid you not the guys are there same day or next. Brenda in the office is quick to get back to you and really informative, friendly, and helpful.

We just moved in a couple weeks ago (we are both new to the area so didn’t know what to expect) & honestly we LOVE living here! Becky moved us in and it was a very smooth and easy transition. Our original unit wasn’t ready yet but Becky offered us a different unit that turned out to be a better location. Although this alternative unit wasn’t completely ready, their maintenance team stayed in communication with us and made sure all of our needs were accommodated while they did the last minute fixes. I can’t explain how AMAZING Danny the maintenance person is! He always goes above and beyond and you can see it by how clean the grounds are. We’ve met a few of our neighbors and they seem to also be happy and share our joy in seeing Danny around! It makes a huge difference when an apartment complex has great staff and takes pride in their work. Only con would be parking but honestly that can be fixed by paying for a reserved spot.
