We moved into the community in August and have had a really great experience so far. Our apartment has had a couple of maintenance issues and management has been really responsive. We had a ceiling leak awhile back late Sunday night and there was someone over stopping the leak within 20 minutes. Contina and Evelyn are very communicative and really care. We have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors and seeing how long some people have been staying in the community. We've loved our apartment so far and really see it as a place we want to stay at for a good long while.

Fantastic tour, fantastic professional and friendly manager. I loved see real time layouts of apartments, so that when the time comes, I can make an informed decision on which apartment would fit me best. I was kind of waffling on Oaks White Rock, since I was not able to see the whole layout of the facility, but now that I saw it, I really feel like it will be my choice if something opens up when I need to move in the spring. I also love hearing about the longevity of the current residents.
