Quality apartments. Good pricing. Community is very quiet and neighbors are respectful and nice so far. Close to everything you need but away from all the traffic and noise. Everything is updated and kept clean. Great amenities, pool is heated, which is nice, and gym is open all hours. Like that the bathroom is big and living room is very open. Big windows in the living room/kitchen keep it feeling light. Parking can be hard to find for guests because of how small the complex is but the office staff is good about helping with that. DeeAnna and Jessica really go out of their way to help and make you laugh at the same time, it's refreshing to have people that really care in management. Great experience so far 👍 I recommend checking it out for yourself.

This is very over due but better late then never right. For those who want a brief review, I say this complex is perfect. Quite, well located, quick response from the office when needed, polite maintenance workers, newly update appliances, and overall a great home for a great price. Additional details: Neighborhood: We lived here for a little over a year. Only moved out due to work. Otherwise we would have stayed longer. It was just two of us living here so I can't speak on how it would be for a full family with kids but I will say that we did see other families who felt safe/good enough to walk the complex/neighborhood as well as let their kids play outside. Office: I had the best experience with the leasing office. I have rented for years and this leasing office has definitely been the best thus far. Jessica specifically was the upmost best in customer service and communication. She was very helpful during our stay there and during the covid times. She set the bar very high for future apartments. Overall we really enjoyed our time and would highly suggest this apartment to anyone.
