Parking is on-street only. Pricing Rent is $1295. You will have a metered account for electricity and will pay directly to Seattle City Light. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Gas will be billed based on usage and added to your portal to be paid with your rent. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of your premium must be provided to management within 30 days of lease signing. You can purchase a tenant liability policy through our insurer for $10.50/month (plus $5.00 admin fee) if you do not currently have insurance. Deposit is $1195 and is fully refundable, less any repair and cleaning needs. Approval for applicants with 2.5x the rent in income, credit score of 700, and solid rental history. Sorry, no dogs.
