The 5 star review is based on Cele's attention to detail and her professionalism. Prior to her arrival there was much to be desired in the administration but since establishing a rapport with her I have noticed a drastic improvement in how the office functions and overall attention to the property. Andres is also very attentive and strives to provide excellent customer service. Miguel and Butch are handymen extraordinaire each having dedicated roughly a decade (maybe more) into the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds; they are willing to help with any and everything. This is a 55 ish year old building so it comes with it's issues. What I will say is that the front office has been prompt with my requests for maintenance and pest control. This complex acts more like a community than most other apartments and you will find that everyone looks out for each other and cares about one another. This seems to be a safe-haven for those who are struggling or in desperate need of housing immediately. They work with local programs such as smart housing and are quite affordable 1br/1b units even without programs. If you are in a position where you are rebuilding your life this is certainly a wonderful option. There are bus stops and easily bikable to other thriving business areas in the city making it ideal for someone without a car. There is currently a move-in incentive of a month free I believe. The office staff has been very helpful. Andres is the bomb dot com though. If I need any type of assistance he has been there to help me and has gone above and beyond to make sure my requests are taken care of. Anytime I go to the office he’s there with a smile asking how he can help. He always calls me by name, he never misses a thing and it’s so nice to have Andres on site. He is the I got it guy!! It truly makes a person feel at home.
