Bright natural light enters via skylights, including a really big one in the living room. Included in the rent are water / sewer, trash, internet and Dish Network. Your only utility is electricity. Reserved off-street and covered parking options may be available for a monthly fee. Have a pet? Bring your pet! We are a pet friendly community, and have no weight or breed restrictions. Up to two pets can live in your apartment with you. Your pet just needs to be polite and / or friendly to other humans and pets. I’ve heard good things about these lofts but communication is lacking. The Lofts claim to have a waiting list, but I find it hard to believe that it actually exists since I asked to be put on it almost 2 years ago.... twice. I called multiple times whenever listings were posted but none of the units were actually available upon calling. Disappointing.
