Excellent place to live. We have been living here for a little over 20 months and enjoy the quiet, safe and welcoming environment. Current management is everything you could ask for- honest and transparent. The maintenance crew do a great job keeping up the property and are very courteous to all the tentants. Great, quiet location.

I've lived in multiple neighborhoods throughout LA and have dealt with various landlords and property managers, but have to say that Villas at Kentwood is the BEST. First, the grounds are well-kept and maintained. Everything from the landscaping to the cleaning services make the place shine at all times. The property manager(s) are transparent, responsive, and of caring - especially throughout the pandemic. It's a relief to have a respectful property manager who cares about the community and its residents. I would highly recommend living here - you won't want to leave.
