Quick walk to/from bus stops on Broadway, East John St, and 15th Ave. Located 6 1/2 blocks from Capitol Hill Light Rail Station. Street Parking Only. Rentable Garage Spaces are often available in the area. Subsidized Zone 4 Parking Permit available from city.
