Moved in a month ago and apartment has been great. Hardwood floors, AC, quiet neighbors, really nice big gym, fast maintenance crew. Had a few issues with AC and cabinets during move in but they were addressed promptly. Excellent thus far.

Had an amazing stay for a year at Modera SLU. From the day we moved in, the leasing office and management have been really helpful and accommodated our every need. The location is amazing as it is right off the I-99 exit and close to I-5. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to move to South Lake Union!

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been the Best community so far. Everyone in the leasing office Serena, Jessi, Lily and Olivia were always really helpful. Moved out only due to office commute increasing. Maintenance requests were resolved asap. The community was kept clean.

I have been living in this apartment for 4 years and I would strongly recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a stay in SLU area.
The apartment building is very secure as you need a key fob to access the elevators as well. In unit air conditioning, laundry and gas stoves are a big plus.
The media room, office space, gym and lobby are also great and the apartment has decent maintenance staff and everyone in the leasing office are very friendly.
P.S. They have a very good coffee machine! 😁

Jessie and Harmony was wonderful. Jesse did the tour he was very detailed very patient and harmony stayed in contact with me so they do respond to your emails here at this property answered all my questions very thorough very lovely property. I love the kitchen. I love the stove.

The best leasing community and it's all because of the people in the leasing office. They are really sweet and always willing to go above and beyond to help. The community is always kept clean. Never had any complaints with the apartment.

I recently moved into Modera South Lake Union and have been incredibly happy since! The location is perfect for me as it's close to my job and makes for an easy commute. The building itself is fantastic and offers so many amenities - there's always something to do! Every time I come home, I'm impressed with how clean it is and how great it smells. My unit is amazing too. I have a concrete ceiling which helps me a lot as I'm a light sleeper. Overall, I have had no issues with move-in or everyday living. Everyone in the office is super nice and professional, and I want to give a huge shoutout to Lily and Jesse for making my move-in experience such a wonderful one.

Moved in recently to Modera and have had a great experience so far! The leasing team was helpful with my move back to Seattle and answered my questions quickly.
Additionally, recently I had lost my friends car keys. Which had me stressed out and back tracing my steps for a bit. They were able to return they key fob to me which I greatly appreciate.
