So I am super picky, and was looking for a convenient safe place to live. This review is a look back, as I have moved out of state. Still, some of you prospective Bostonians might gain some insight. I lived here between 2012 and 2019, in several apartments on both sides.I especially loved the following: top floor apartment overlooking the water. Ample sunlight to grow my plants, beautiful sunrises to greet me in the morning. It was super great to have a parking space assigned in the basement, especially in the snowy winters. I liked that utilities were included, except internet. I always felt safe here, and the staff always made me feel welcome. It was a bit spendy, but you get what you pay for for certain. It helped that I had an awesome roommate to split the 2br apartment with. Best wishes, and welcome

I've had a great experience living at Carson. My roommate and I moved in November 2020 and the maintenance is incredibly responsive. Our AC did not work as well as it should and they came the next day to replace with a brand new one out of the box. All the staff is incredibly polite and do a great job. Bia - the property admin answers within 24 hours. It was a great place to live.
