I have lived here for 2 years and this has been the best apartment complex. I never had any issues with management or residents. The community is real quiet and respectful as well.
I do want to say Ms. Maria is the best manager. She is amazing and make sure you enjoy being at San Cierra. She helped me switch from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment and I am so thankful for the 1 bedroom apartment! Ms. Maria has the best customer service I have seen in a manager and she is very nice to all her residents!

I have been a resident of the community for 3 years and in the midst of my 4th year. I have lived in two different floor plans here. I have been here under the changes and challenges as the property continues to grow. I have a keen and honest review of the community. For one the property is a beautiful community that gives you a home like feel, the various options of floor plans whether if you are single and need a one bedroom or have a family and looking for space or starting off your family or looking for something in between. I moved here to downsize and chose the property due to the home like feel and the safety and comfort of having my own garage. All units have a garage, one bedrooms have a 1 car garage and with the exception of 1 two bedroom option but all the two and three bedroom floorplans have two car garages and few units may have extra parking in front your designate garage. The property has a safe ambiance, I have never felt unsafe in my unit and or even when walking the property as I am a fur mom and walk my fur baby quite often in the early mornings and evenings. As that leads into my next topic that the property is pet friendly. Like many properties there are certain neighbors that leave bad taste that do not pick up after their pets like they should then in the same affect will complain about the cleanliness of the property, but the management does a great job to send out notices and take action to implement and keep the property up. It takes a village to upkeep and for everyone to due their part as this goes for cleaning up after out pets, children and even adults. The new management property has made great additions and still actively making improvements. There are now more units with backyards, choice of new renovated units, paint, and updates to the amenities. Changes do take time but since their arrival they have power washed twice, and jumped into cleaning up as much as they can. The maintenance team also responds in timely manners. I had a concern with my unit a few months ago and both the maintenance manager and property manager came to review my issues and it was done so in a timely manner. Taylor, and her office staff of Trinity and Sophia and assist manager are great. There is work to still be done as not everything is perfect and ppl do have their own agenda and experiences, keep in mind this is not a brand new community but the property is well kept, no major noises, kid friendly, nested in a great area between two great school districts, as the property is zoned to Klein and Cy fair ISD school options are in near proximity. It a great variety of races, culture and ages here which also makes this a great home. Yes There are ppl that complain due to changes or new rules being implemented as there will always be someone to complain, but Overall I look forward to see what more they have to offer. The property manager and staff are doing a great job to ensure the integrity of the community and ensuring the ppl that do not belong here and or bring hinderance to the community are properly addressed. Beautiful quiet complex. The apartments are very nice with great features. Spacious kitchens. Complex amenities are great- the gym has diverse pieces of equipment that are new. The pool is terrific and has a bbq area for anyone to make use of. There is also a kid pool area.
