Lived here for two years.
List of pros:
- 98% of my stay here was problem-free; there were no major issues.
- The unit has a legitimate luxury apartment feel with high quality stuff.
- At least in my case, Tuscany barely raised rent each year, and if you renew your lease early enough, you get a slight discount that almost or entirely negates the increase.
Although this is a 5/5 star review, there were a few minor issues worth mentioning:
- Noise from the above floor can be an issue depending on the upstairs neighbor, but the staff does do something about it if you tell them.
- Mail theft can be an issue.
- The hallway can sometimes have a strong food smell, but sometimes, the staff gets rid of the smell.
- This wasn't relevant to my unit, but if you have a unit close to the stairwell next to the trash chute, you might have to deal with the smell of the trash every time you go up/down the stairs.
Thy, Angel and Cristian in the front and maintenance are outermost helpful and well behaved whenever I had an issue. Great team

Good apartments, newly built, supportive on-site management.
Sometimes Amazon parcel go missing, but it happened only once in past 6 months.
We have lived here for a month. So far the experience is great especially the management team. Karan and Alejandra are so helpful from moving-in and receiving packages.

Most affordable, biggest master bedroom in a 2B apartment in the bay area and amazing staff that is always super helpful! Shout out to specifically Christian and Will!! :)
I'd rather pay little more here for a newer apartment than for the other crappy old ones in this area. Having a washer/dryer in the apt is so convenient (& hygienic). Poolside BBQ is very relaxing, makes me forget I'm in silicon valley! Mountain views from our 3rd floor apt is amazing to see in the mornings. Some of the best Korean restaurants are at a walking distance, is a bonus. Good find me thinks!
Very satisfied with my 2.5 years of stay!
Overall, the community is kept clean and quite neighbors.
As for the noise, maybe because I was facing the opposite side of the street (El Camino Real), it was really quite throughout the day and night. I can barely hear car noise from outside. It was perfect for WFH situation. Don’t know about the units facing the street…which I saw few reviews saying the noise was fairly noticeable.
Maintenance guy, I believe the name was Carlos? (Apologies if I have your name wrong haha). He was SUPER nice and always greet you with a smile and he was able to take care our requests within 24 hours.
Management was also plus on my end, they would always reply to my email with 24 hours and very friendly. I would randomly visit the office, and someone was always there to assist.
I saw couple of reviews regarding the fire alarm going off time to time which of course, no one will appreciate it. However, during my 2.5 years, I encountered 3 times and honestly, it wasn’t too bad, meaning it wasn’t too often but the alarm itself is pretty damn loud, not ganna lie. The alarm went off for about 20-30 mins. If it’s a TEST session, they do let us know ahead so we are not surprised.
I had a wonderful time here and only reason I am moving out is due to my work location. I will be moving closer to my work.

Great place to live. We have been living here for more than 2 years and we love the complex. We have a lot of restaurants and places very near. It’s very secure.
