I was deeply frustrated with MontClaire Apartments when they demanded an extra month’s rent without allowing me to stay. This felt unfair and exploitative. Initially, the management was uncooperative and rigid, making the situation infuriating. However, the new management, especially Julia, reached out and helped resolve the issue. The new team is more fair and responsive.

My experience living here has been nothing short of fantastic. The property and its ammenities are is well kept/clean, and maintenance requests are always fulfilled as early as the next day. Staffing is extremely helpful too and go out of their way to help which is really sweet. I also appreciate how many different trees and plants are grown and maintained on the property. Highly recommend it!
