I have no issues living here, been here about a year now. It’s clean, always the cleaning lady is awesome. Managers are very nice and take care of any needs i’ve asked. Cute rooftop. Building tenants are friendly. Back of building area for animals bathroom needs if you’re in a hurry and is generally clean.

Beautiful building, love the high ceilings, convenient, can walk to many places in ktown. And security during night time feels safer in the neighborhood. The only issue is the gym is kinda small, but I don’t use the gym so it doesn’t really bothers me.
