I have lived at the Solana Apartments for almost a year and I love my apartment. I will definitely be renewing my lease in October. I enjoy life at the Solana. It is so peaceful and quite. It's like your own little private community. The staff is amazing and they are always working to make living there comfortable. The neighbors are great as well!! Everyone is very respectful and considerate. I would definitely recommend the Solana Apartments if you're looking for a very quite, peaceful community in Burien!!!

Just moved to Solana from downtown, it's an amazing place. Kirsten and the staff are vary respectful, have great communication, and get the job done. The apartments are nice and are clean before move in, the community here is friendly and vary courteous!

My boyfriend and I began living here at the end of January. We absolutely LOVED living here. It was clean, had very friendly staff, and quiet due to its tucked away location. This was our first real home together, and we have had few experiences with a lease and legal agreements. The manager, Kirsten, made it so easy to get everything sent in and done. She replied to emails within 24 hours, clarified any and all questions, as well as making sure we were okay and all set for moving in. She showed us all the apartments we asked to see, and would even stay late to answer questions we had after work even when the office was about to close. The apartment themselves are very functional and cute in my opinion! They have updated appliances, as well as fresh floors and is touched up by maintenance right before you move in. They did a full walk through of ours the day we were moving in and replaced the window screens, re-painted the door for us, and swept everything after they were finished. Personally, our apartment never had any issues - regardless maintenance was just a phone call away! They are always around cleaning up the outside, and it is so easy to talk to them! Since living here we have gotten to know the staff a little bit, and when COVID-19 hit they reached out to all of us with their support. Due to our own situations, we had to make the tough decision to break our lease and move back home. When I reached out to Kirsten with our situations, she assured that she was going to do what she could to help us out. Given the situation, she completely understood why we had to leave even though we just moved in a few months prior. It took her less than a week to get back to us, and helped us out in a way that we are forever thankful for. I don’t know another place that would put so much effort into helping. We are so grateful to have lived under management that actually cares about their tenants. We have never met a nicer, more tight knit community within this complex and are so sad to be leaving. We had looked at 3 other apartment complexes before this one, and we are so glad that Solana Apartments was our final choice. We recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place that actually cares about its tenants, maintenance of the building, and overall small community feel.
