I moved in recently and have loved everything about it so far. Joe was super helpful and patient showing me all of the units I requested to see. I like the food truck events, amenities, and feel it's a good value for the cost.
Pros:
1) The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive.
2) Location is great.
Con:
1) You have to take your recycling to the parking garage. It would be helpful to have one or two recycling bins in the trash room.
All in all, we really enjoy living here and always feel safe.
My wife and I have had a very positive experience here at LUX. The location is very safe, quiet, and convenient, with lots of things nearby (grocery store, drug store, mall, coffee shops, etc.) The building itself is also clean and quiet, and the neighbours I've chatted with are friendly. There were some recurring issues with mechanical noise, but the office staff here are extremely responsive and competent: Joe and Jenay had the problem investigated and fixed quickly, which was very much appreciated. Overall, this is a great place to live and I'd definitely recommend it.
Had some challenges with the initial leasing agent transitioning out and communication sort of falling wayside, but the current team eventually sorted everything out.
Recently moved in and love it thus far. Location is amazing with easy access to the mall, grocery stores, beautiful parks, lake, etc. Joe and Collin are very kind and approachable. Units are well built and noise between units is minimal to none.
We just moved in Saturday and if the move in experience is any indicator, we are going to love it here. I can’t believe how helpful and accommodating everybody has been. We haven’t met an unfriendly person in the building - everyone we’ve run into congratulated us and was very friendly. The property managers Joe and Colin have been nothing short of awesome. Joe is easily one of the friendliest property managers I’ve ever worked with. He was very flexible and understanding, has gone above and beyond to make our move easy, and has all around been wonderful to work with. He had the AC on when we got here and left cold waters in the fridge on a hot Washington July Saturday for us and I couldn’t have been more grateful. We are just happy as clams to be here and already feel right at home!
I have been a tenant almost for the last 3 years, first through my employer and then by myself. This is my first residence in USA from the point I moved into the country. I realise that I was lucky to have ended up in Bellevue and in this propoerty. The location and access to I5, I-90 , downtown amenities is big advantages. The unit I am in works well and the service is timely and thorough. The price range for the rental and the garage fee is at the higher end compared to the sq footage of the unit . My experience has been that the team is responsive and willing to support .

As a resident of Lux Apartments for the past three years, I can confidently say this is an exceptional place to call home. The community and location are ideal—with walkability to Bellevue Square Mall, restaurants and Bellevue Park. The apartments themselves are well designed and aesthetically pleasing—with air conditioning. Finally, the leasing and maintenance team is outstanding. Colin, Joe, Jenay and Selvin are attentive and through and consistently go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment in a well—maintained community with staff who truly care about their residents, I highly recommend Lux.
I've lived at Lux for a little over a year, and of the three apartment buildings I’ve stayed in within this area (the others being JUXT in SLU and TEN20), Lux is by far my favorite.
One standout feature of Lux is its attentive and responsive staff. Special thanks to Joe from the leasing office, who handled our renewal and move to our current unit with great care, especially when resolving an issue with the washer. Despite being relatively new, Joe brings fantastic energy to the team. Colin, who assisted with our first lease, is an absolute gem and a truly wonderful person. The ease of requesting maintenance through the resident portal is also something I really appreciate, and Selvin has been incredibly prompt in addressing any requests. It’s also a nice touch that the leasing office occasionally hosts events like happy hours or offers free donuts—small gestures that help foster a sense of community.
Beyond the amazing staff, other things we like about Lux: the quiet neighborhood right next to downtown Bellevue, minimal noise from neighbors, high ceilings on the top floor, and proximity to parks and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of having QFC and Bartell Drugs just across the street (both open late) is a huge plus, and there's a quality daycare (Kiddie Academy) just a block away.
A few areas could be improved: the electrical wiring in our current 5th-floor unit has had issues, and we’re still waiting for a fix to use one of the outlets. The penthouse floor layout, while nice, feels a bit tight; moving from a 2B unit on another floor to a 2B + Den didn’t give us much extra space in the living or dining areas. I wish some of the large patio space had been allocated to indoor space. Also, it would be great if there were a remote option to open the garage door for guests.
I don’t use the amenities much (gym, rooftop, lounge), so I can’t comment on those.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Lux.
