I have just moved in. Every maintenance work order I put in from move in (only a couple minor) was fixed promptly. The maintenance tech was well mannered and called to let me know when entering and after what exactly was done. From the month I have been here all Aspect of a new tenant has been taken care of promptly from the leasing agent to maintenance. Thank you for the smooth transition of home ownership to renting.
