I christal scott am writing to let you know about San Giovanni apartments I have experienced very good customer service in the office with the new staff they are very professional and courteous. I also am amazed how quick and polite the maintenance workers are. I don't want to talk down about the other people who were here but the new staff is awesome. i have been here for almost two years and this has been the best I have felt about renting here since I lived in this property. Job Well Done. To all the staff in the office and also to the maintenance workers Welcome.. I just want to ask if we can get more things in the gym with longer hours.

I've lived at San Giovanni for over 5 years. I like my 2 bedroom apartment it is very spacious. Office personal are professional.Maintence always fixes problems timely.. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone...
