The Exeter is such a unique and charming building. The lobby and common area spaces are beautiful. The building doesn't have a gym but the outdoor patio is lovely and there is a large common area room with big TV, shuffle board and plenty of space for residents. What the building lacks in amenities in some people's opinion, the apartments make up for in charm and space. I don't have a renovated unit but have a thoughtful layout with large windows for lots of natural light. Haven't had a single maintenance issues and the staff I see on-site is always friendly and polite! Absolutely love it here!

I have got to say living at The Exeter going in three years now has been a dream, and we give a lot of credit to the leasing manger who is so professional, quick to assist in any situation & down right hard working individual! Penny thank you for your years of service to the tenants of the Exeter!
