But this is a fantastically pedestrian-oriented area, so ditch the car and go green! Apartment features: spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, sleek subway tile, hardwood floors, and more! The building is 4-Star Built Green and was sustainably constructed--feel good about where you live! **Parking is Street Parking Only, permits can be obtained from the City of Seattle** **Unit is not furnished** Pricing Rent is $2995. You will have a metered account for electricity and will pay directly to Seattle City Light. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Gas will be metered and added to your portal to be paid with your rent. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of your premium must be provided to management within 30 days of lease signing. Deposit is $1500 (refundable). Sorry, no dogs. Cats welcome with additional $200 refundable deposit. 12-month lease. Approval: Applicants should have a credit score of 700 and 2.5x the rent in income. We do accept co-signers and offer groups leases for the unit, or individual leases for each person in the unit.
