It's been great working with Jake and Bo from the very start! I met Jake when I toured Cove and he helped me through the application process. Bo was there on my move in day and gave me all the information I needed about the building (how to get in and out, where the trash/recycling is, where to get mail/packages, etc.) They're easy to get along with and very responsive over text/call! Building/Amenities - central location, great view of Pike street and beautiful view of Seattle from the roof - clean interior and modern appliances - hardwood floors (no carpet), which I love!! - dessert bar in the lobby, lounge on the 2nd floor

I've really liked living here so far. Other people have made valid points about the gym being small and the occasional trash chute blockage problem, but I personally didn't find either of those to be difficult to deal with. I'm ok with the small gym (I'm not too picky when it comes to workout equipment) and I simply left my trash in the trash room for when the chutes opened up again. Management is also extremely friendly. Most of all, I love the location and the convenience of living here. I think it's one of the cheaper options in Capitol Hill that still gives a good living experience.
