Recently toured this building and was like genuinely surprised. Modern look, welcoming vibe and the location is AMAZING. It’s really close to the RapidRide bus line and in unit laundry in Cap hill? Impossible to find. Really pretty building, gives modern but vintage vibes.

Great location and super cool units. Such a rare find in Capitol Hill, with upgrades but also the classic brick building architecture.
