Low price for an amazing apartment, my own fireplace and a whole lot more. Polite neighbors and a caring landlord. This is one of those places where you get out of it what you put into it. If you are polite and don't abuse the apartment, it will last forever and your experience will be very nice. Anything else and you brought that bad experience on yourself. This place is great, you just have to let it be great.
