Living at Denny 18 was a wonderful experience. The apartments were updated, well-lit, and clean—and any issues that did come up were promptly taken care of by the apartment manager, Chris Pipes. I am pretty shocked by some of the negative reviews below because that was not AT ALL my experience. Chris was highly accommodating and professional, and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely and as safe and secure of a place as can be in a large city! Any and all security concerns were addressed with the aforementioned construction projects, and communication with the apartment residents throughout these processes was thorough and transparent. I have lived in apartment complexes with poor management before, and this was NOT that—just the opposite! Would certainly recommend these apartments to my own friends and family.

The property is now under new management. Before it was Marathon properties. They were hard to work with especially during covid. Also to mention the fact that when the garage got broken into and it was my car that got smashed they blamed my family for it and even questioned why my son (who is half Asian and who went to school all morning and worked half of the night) was coming in and out of the complex at midnight. The new management company RUDD Properties and their maintenance staff are great. They respond fast to calls and complaints. I was able to the microwave replaced fast after it started sparking and they also fix my washer in less than 30 minutes.
