For the four years that I have lived at this address which was 1743, the management at the time was nice and helpful and the place was decent. The one bedroom apartment that was on the second floor never had any roaches, rats or anything else. The apartments were also named another name at the time, but I forget what that was. Things may have changed after I left about 7 to 8 years ago, but regardless it's a decent place to live for just one person. I never see anyone in the pool though.

Had a great living experience here. Staff are really nice and supportive. It is quite place and neighbors are nice people. No smoking in the complex
