Predatory Rent Hikes. Expect rent to go up every 6-12 months. The new property owners have jacked up the prices to new and existing tenants by over 80% over 3 years. No new features or amenities, they just want to line their pockets with people's hard earned money. There are better apartments complexes out there at comparible prices
