Hidden Ridge is tucked away from the road and has huge open grass fields that are surrounded by a fence. Located close to shopping centers for your convenience. This property is truly in the heart of Kent. Call us and ask about our Specials! Two-Bedrooms: 750 Sq. FT Rent- $1900 WSG- $120 (+$10 per additional occupant) Electric- PAID BY TENANT THROUGH PUGET SOUND ENERGY Deposit- $1000* (Up to One Months Rent) Nonrefundable Admin Fee- $200 Application Fee- $50 per person over 18 Pet Deposit- $400 for one ($200 is nonrefundable), or $100 per additional pet (Limit 3). Breed Restrictions Apply. Predatory Rent Hikes. Expect rent to go up every 6-12 months. The new property owners have jacked up the prices to new and existing tenants by over 80% over 3 years. No new features or amenities, they just want to line their pockets with people's hard earned money. There are better apartments complexes out there at comparible prices
