My husband and I lived here for a year while he was at UofH and we have nothing but amazing things to say about this complex! The rent is insanely affordable and the apartments are spacious and in great condition. You are walking distance from the campus and a short drive to Med Center, Midtown and Montrose. No washer/dryer in unit but laundromat is a couple blocks away! The water and power bill is the lowest we have ever seen (kept the apartment 60 degrees all July and August for 20/month, the AC is AMAZING) Friendliest office staff and maintenance was at your door within minutes of making a request. Never once had an issue with parking , half the lot was always empty! We highly recommend this complex to anyone!

I've been living here at Nubia square apartments for 2months now and I can say that everything is going great 👍. Their response is great and professional. After searching for months for a place to call home, I found Nubia Square apartments and I don't regret moving here. Will recommend others. It's a joy living here!!
