Two year resident of a one bedroom in Highline 2 and I've definitely enjoyed living here and would recommend to anyone but especially younger residents. Moved in literally days before Covid took hold, so not sure how the social aspect used to be but have had plenty of opportunity to meet other residents while swimming in the pool or at the 24 hour gym. No complaints of my apartment square footage and all appliances are modern and have never malfunctioned. The price for the location is pretty good. You can enjoy everything downtown has to offer within walking distance without being in the middle of any craziness. Management is always responsive and does their best. The facilities are always clean. I've placed a handful of relatively minor maintenance requests throughout my time here and someone always responds within 1-2 days. A few minor criticisms would be that my kitchen sink doesn't have a garbage disposal, the hot tub/spa can't seem to go more than a few months without breaking down, and parking for visitors is very limited other than plugging a meter.

I have lived at the highline for almost a year now. I enjoy the gym, which has both a cardio and a weight room. Any maintenance request i have is usually completed the same day; additionally, it is a huge perk to have a heated garage in the winter. Also, the view isn’t bad!
