As a new tenant at The Court at Northgate, I feel safe and at home! The apartment (1 bd. 1bth.) has ample storage and a spacious layout. I submitted a maintenance request late in the day and was shocked to have my problem dealt with ,first thing the next morning ! I was greeted with friendly, professional, competent service that included Covid19 protocol! The laundry rooms are updated, ample machines, kept clean and take credit/debit cards. These managers keep the grounds and hallways clean and tidy. This team obviously takes pride in the job they do. It shows not only in the cleanliness of the property but the personal care they take , to insure their tenants needs are met. The managers, Chanel and Meredith, consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I would go so far as to say, they have welcomed me ,the way a family member would. I feel safe and happy in my new apartment home!
