If you are looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Hanover Broadway. I guess the same thing could be said for every luxury apartment building. It’s a beautiful building with excellent amenities. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. I definitely feel safe within the building due to key fobs being necessary to enter the common areas and to work the elevators. Maintenance response time is exceptional. I’ve never had same day service. Upon entering the apartment, the maintenance person placed shoe coverings on his feet to not track outside debris into my home (this was a first for me).
What really makes Hanover Broadway different from other apartments that I have lived in is their people. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon moving in, I did have an issue with another tenant. Madeline, the leasing manager, worked incredibly hard to rectify the situation. She went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough. It’s nice when the leasing office staff supports and cares for the tenants. I can speak firsthand that this seldom happens with other management companies. I do miss Target but I am definitely happy living here.

I've lived here for over 8 months and appreciate the peaceful environment, especially with my apartment facing the backyard. Nora handles maintenance with care and a positive attitude, and Daniel has been helpful, even after hours. Chelis, the property manager, is professional, fair, and ensures residents’ concerns are addressed. So far, I’m happy with my choice.
