I have a family member who is disabled and has been residing at Greystone Meadows for at least 15 years. The staff at Greystone far exceed customer service. When I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness, respect and immediate ‘what can we do for you’? My family member recently required additional medical support, requiring a cosmetic change to the apartment. I met with Taylor to explain the recommendations, there are no words to describe how grateful and appreciative I am with Taylor. He not only worked with the modifications but understood exactly what was needed and assured the project was 100% to my satisfaction. To the staff and Taylor, thank you! you continue to provide a safe and pleasant home environment for my family member.

We have lived here for a little over a year and we are extremely satisfied with the services that are provided from not only the office staff but as well as the maintenance! Ashleigh has been helpful numerous times whenever we need her assistance. Simone has always been helpful whenever I would call the office for any maintenance need or any advice within the property. Always welcoming when visiting the office and as they are around the property they always greet the tenants :) When we had issues with the dryer, it was taken care of in a timely manner, the maintenance guy was awesome. He kindly explained the issue and did let us know it might take a while since a part needed to be ordered but yet it was immediately taken care of the day after! We can't express how thankful we are to live on a property that takes very good of their tenants in every way that they can. Thank you for all you do, we appreciate every one of you! -Lau & Bernadette
