Management staff is amazing. Property is well kept. Units are beautifully updated. Mrs. Reed is delightful to work with she maintains communication and follow-ups on all matters promptly.

Adena is a great manager, especially since she is part of the tenant community, but the property could definitely use better upkeep and would greatly benefit from on-site security. I had a homeless person threaten to stab me when I caught her breaking into our laundry facilities (which happens quite often).
