It’s great living here. The building is clean and spacious apartments. We love the roof and amenities. What we love most about the Helena is the people that work here. Jay, Carlos, and Andre welcomed our kids when we brought them home from the hospital, Jeff, although he joined the Helena after the kids were born, also feels like family. My kids look to them as family. Matt, the building manager, is always friendly and receptive. Joe and Jean are quick to take care of any issues we may have, and Resident Services always has fun events, from painting classes to movie nights, to socials to get to know our neighbors.

Look I would say that we had trouble trying to move in, because they were testing something and it wasn't working so we had to live in the building VIA next to helena, but everything else is BEATIFUL. The rooms are good and big, lots of ameneties, and overall really good experience. The only things is that ameneties for a year cost like 1 grand (Okay 800 dollars) but yeah. Overall experience 4.8 stars
