700 East Mercer lies in the heart of Capitol Hill, just a short walk to the grocery, restaurants and bars of the north end of Broadway Ave E. With controlled access, elevator and on site laundry. Everything you need is at your fingertips.

It is a very unsafe Apartment. There are homeless people coming into the the building. There are used needles everywhere in the lobby and elsewhere inside the Apartment building. There have been repeated attempts by these unwelcome people to break into the individual Apartments. Very Scary people. A man that had gotten into the Building today and threatened a resident with a knife. The management does very little if anything to solve this very unsettling problem. I would strongly look elsewhere is you want to feel safe. Because there doesn't seem to be anybody trying to prevent this situation. Knife incident June 14, 2018.

Homeless people constantly coming in and stealing packages and causing a mess in the parking lot.
