Our units are a great value, featuring 9-foot ceilings, hard surface countertops and windowsills, Whirlpool Gold stainless steel appliances—including built-in microwaves—an all-in-one washer/dryer combo, air conditioning, and energy-efficient tankless water heaters. Each apartment also includes built-in high-speed internet with a flat-rate monthly fee—no contracts or setup required, plus a private balcony or patio and an exterior storage closet. Our community features a peaceful, park-like setting, EV charging station, on-site parking, and 24-hour maintenance, providing a comfortable and convenient living experience.
