I stayed at Torrey Pines for 2 years and my experience was great. I would recommend this to family and friends. The location is nearly perfect for location of schools, stores and highways. The office staff, Ashley & Bonnie, were always professional and courteous. Whenever there were issues they were punctual and great at communication to have the matters resolved. Not just resolved to their standards but to mine as a resident. The maintenance team were great as well. This really felt like a big family in this apartment complex. They do allow larger dogs in comparison to other apartments but the owners always had control of their dogs and cleaned up after them. I enjoyed my stay and it saddens me others did not share the same experience.

Karlye was very helpful and knowledgeable about the complex, I got the opportunity to see both a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment and loved them both! I'm excited to move in soon!

Great place to live, big apartments. And the staff are always here when there are issues to fix and maintenance is very thorough! Never had any bug issues like other apartments we have lived in. They keep it very clean and are always on top of everything. Definitely recommend these apartments.

I have lived here for a couple years now and the office staff has been incredible. I almost never have to put in a work order but when I do my issues are always resolved promptly. Plus the units are huge!

We love that the staff is friendly and the apartments and clubhouse are well maintained. Maintenance is usually quick to get to our apartment if anything is needing fixed and they are always nice. We wish that there was more available parking spaces and that the snow removal was quicker to respond. It's nice that they allow dogs of all sizes but sometimes loud barking can be an issue from the bigger dogs who live here. Overall not bad for apartment living.

Easily the best apartments I've lived in! Great staff, very attentive, and I appreciate all the care they've given me. If it wasn't for me moving states, I would have kept renewing indefinitely!

I have lived at Torrey Pines Apartments for about 3 years now in a one bedroom apartment. I can tell you this has been a great experience so far. Kelly in the main office has been one of the best property managers I have ever had a pleasure to work with. Any time there has been an issue or a request, she gets back to me within a day. This complex is quiet and the people are friendly. I have recommend this place to others and will continue. If I had anything I would say needed some TLC would be more updated appliances in the units. Other than that, definitely a great place to live!

Living at Torrey Pines was a pleasure! The complex was kept up well, the people were friendly, and the staff was wonderful - all smiling faces and very responsive when I had maintenance issues. I would have loved to keep living here if I wasn't moving states!
