Pabel is one of the most attentive and committed Community Manager’s that I have met, and he has definitely given me a red carpet experience moving in to Dexter. I highly look forward to moving in completely by this weekend, but it couldn’t have been done without office, staff, like Gisele, and the maintenance technician, DJ, who made sure my apartment was ready for my move-in date. Really excited to move here. Great things so far.
Calling the office can be a hit or miss. Be careful with who you get. Other than the hassle of calling, we had a great tour. The building seems clean and well maintained. The leasing agent I had was fun to work with and I felt that I was on a walk with a friend. My 2 year old daughter loved Giselle. The apartments we toured were great and pleasantly surprised at the updated finishes as it is an older building.

Took a tour here about a week ago with James & was absolutely lovely! I have been looking for an apartment in Seattle for a while and James was one of the best leasing agents I have met with during my hunt! He was extremely helpful & great to talk to. The facilities were really clean and the spaces were gorgeous! I ended up signing with an apartment closer to my office, but have recommended this space to friends!

I had a great experience at Dexter lake Union. Raj was extremely accommodating. We have asked to see our apartment multiple times before move in and every-time Raj toured us and answered all out questions. We were able to get a unit with an amazing balcony thanks to him. 30/10 would recommend working with Raj.

Visited to tour a unit for a friend that's moving here from another state. I honestly might look into moving here myself. It was last minute, so i just walked into the lobby unannounced. The leasing agent James still managed to give me a tour. Very hospitable, kind, and knowledgeable. They seriously went above and beyond for me. Even waiting for me to facetime my friend (despite experiencing some technical difficulties.) If anyone is looking to tour this place, make sure you ask for James!
I’m giving this apartment five stars because it has truly exceeded my expectations. I tend to be particular about small details, but this place has been fantastic (context: my room is newly renovated). Maintenance requests are handled almost immediately, and Pat, the assistant manager, was especially helpful during my move-in, providing all the information I needed. He’s friendly, always ready to help, and just genuinely nice. The property manager is also wonderful and very approachable. I also appreciate that they organize community events occasionally—even though I’ve missed a few, it’s great to know they make an effort to build a sense of community here. If I had to rent again, I would definitely choose them!
I've been living at Dexter for over a year now, and have seen a lot of changes throughout my time here- all for the better! There have been a few staff changes, but the current team is absolutely great. They are very attentive to resident's needs and go out of their way to host a lot more resident events than before. Since the previous office staff had a few people that could be a bit...spicy, I wanted to go out of my way to mention that Bryce in particular has been so wonderful to my husband and I, and always goes out of his way to help us when we need anything at all. We had a lot of questions about the move-out procedure and billing, and he put up with us so gracefully. The maintenance team is also so professional. If we move back to Seattle, we'll definitely stay here again!
