These apartments were once a nice place to live but constant management changes and now renting to predominantly Hispanics have allowed these apartments to become a very unfavorable place to live. The maintenance and appearance is awful and it just seems no one cares about how they look. Parking is pathetic and the shared backyards are terrible. The prices are reasonable but unless you’re Hispanic forget about getting in.
