Addition: Terance has been amazing and quick for every request we have made! We had Diamond helping us with securing our lease and moving in and we could not have gotten luckier! She went above and beyond with taking extra pictures for us of our unit and was so friendly and communicative. Additionally, our very small maintenance requests have been answered extremely quickly. We could not be happier to be here!

Amazing help from Terrance! He went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to fix my shower. Not only was he quick and professional, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to prevent reoccurrences in the future, and he ensured everything was working before he left. Terrance's expertise and positive energy is what makes Avalon a great place to live!
