ROOM 1 - $750 all inclusive/month Fully-furnished cozy upstairs room (66 sq ft) with accent walls, a skylight, recessed lighting, and a 2 x 3 ft closet - available for move-in ASAP Note that this room is SMALL, ideal for a minimalist (hence: cozy. If you're cool with tiny living and don't have much stuff, then this will work for you, otherwise, probably not). ROOM 2 - $895 all inclusive/month Semi-furnished cozy basement room (90 sq ft) with a stained glass window, recessed lighting, white noise from the AC unit, and a 2.5 x 4 ft closet - available for move-in August 2nd (or possibly a few days sooner, if needed). Note that this room is SMALL, ideal for a minimalist (hence: cozy. If you're cool with tiny living and don't have much stuff, then this will work for you, otherwise, probably not). ROOM 3 - $1,095 all inclusive/month Fully-furnished large basement room (120 sq ft) with 2 windows, built-in shelving, recessed lighting, and a large 2.5 x 5.5 ft closet - available for move-in September 10 (or possibly a few days sooner, if needed). Total of 8 people + 3 chiweenie dogs living in the house (4 rooms upstairs, 3 rooms in basement, full bath on each floor, two kitchens). You would share a bathroom with two other roommates. We all share the giant kitchen and half bath on the main level. Only singles (no couples), and no additional pets please!
